Project Manager 

The Project Manager  provides overall management direction on complex concrete construction project(s).  Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets, serves as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent. 


Superintendent

The Superintendent is the primary site representative responsible for meeting schedule, cost, and quality expectations defined by the client. This includes site supervision, guidance, and coordination for all project activities. This position requires knowledge of building components, values, function and maintenance requirements, strong construction experience, and a commitment to high quality and safety.


Form Carpenters

Form carpenters are also known as a rough carpenters, and they work in the early stages of a construction project to frame houses, build scaffolding and make concrete forms. The forms are filled with concrete to mold concrete for bridges, highways or home foundations.


Laborers

Use a variety of hand and power tools to hammer, lift, saw, and measure materials. Depending on the specialty of their employer, laborers might prepare a work site, dig trenches, mix and place concrete, or even work with hazardous materials or explosives. Clean-up is usually in the job description.


Concrete Finishers

Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters; patch voids; and use saws to cut expansion joints.


Field Engineer

The Field Engineer reviews project documents, resolving discrepancies, and establishing layout for all Rival project sites. They must have strong working knowledge of AutoCad, surveying, layout and concrete operations. Responsibilities include daily coordination with lead team members, scheduling of layout work with management, and oversite of all company engineering equipment.
